1:1 In-Person Reiki Healing

Service Description

This session includes: *Day before session~ - Communication the day before your session to give you instruction on how to prepare & dress so you can get the most healing possible out of your Reiki session. *Day of session~ - Setting intentions with you, for your healing session. - Scanning chakras to see which ones are blocked, open, or overactive. - Explanation of what each chakra blockage means to give you an awareness of it. - Removal of any outside blocks or negative energy affecting your aura. - I will speak affirmations over each chakra (if I am guided to do so). - Channeling & transferring Reiki energy to heal & balance each chakra. (When I’m doing Reiki, I normally receive intuitive messages while working on the different chakras. I’ll voice them at that time, as well as jot it down for you to keep & review.) - Protection & grounding work to seal the energy. - Supplemental guidance for aftercare & further healing, if guided to advise. *Reiki energy will be channeled to you for two days following your session."
